PA to the Headship team

    POST:           PA to the Headship team

    Scale:           Scale 6 – S02 (Depending on experience)

    Job:               Permanent

    Hours:           36 Hours per week Monday – Friday, all year round.

We currently seek to appoint a suitably skilled, experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide outstanding support to our Headship team.

Applicants must have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.  They must be personable, approachable, responsive and accommodating and should be able to work with frequent disruptions.  The post-holder will need to work well as part of a team and must also be able to work autonomously. They will need to be able to think on their feet, whilst following strict procedures and tight timescales.  Attention to detail is vital in this highly varied role.

This is a full time all-year-round position and the core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4:30pm.  A degree of flexibility is required to suits the needs of the role.  The post attracts 28 -31 days annual leave (depending on continuous service), to be taken during school holidays only.   This is a permanent position and the start date will be confirmed on the completion of all required pre-employment checks.

Hillyfield Primary Academy based in the London Borough of Waltham Forest and is currently looking to appoint a full- time Learning Support Assistant.

The successful candidate will be expected to address the needs of children who require support in overcoming barriers to learning and/or behaviour in order to achieve their full potential. Any previous experiences of working with children requiring a high level of support at school would be advantageous but not essential.
