Our School is in a School Streets area. School Streets are an initiative to create safer streets for everyone by reducing traffic congestion and improving local air quality. School Streets involve temporarily closing one or more roads surrounding a school to most vehicles for a short period at the start and end of the school day.
At Hillyfield on the Hill, roads included within the School Street zone are:
• Oatland Rise
• Higham Place
• Higham Street (Between Chamberlain Place and Higham Hill Road).
• St Andrews Road (Between Higham Hill Road and Lowther Road) • Cinnamon Court
• Church Road
Restrictions apply Monday to Friday, term time only between 8:15am and 9:00am and 2:45pm and 3:30pm.
