BREAKFAST CLUB

At Hillyfield we offer a Breakfast club from 8am at both sites for children in Reception – Year 6 at a cost of £2.50 per session.  Breakfast club for Nursery children is charged at £6 per session.  This includes breakfast and activities daily with a cooked breakfast on a Friday.  Places are chargable once booked regardless of attendance.  Booked places are fixed and cannot be accepted on an ad hoc basis, there is no requirement to book a full week but fixed days are required so that we can ensure we meet our ratio requirements. Payment must be made at least 1 month in advance and accounts should stay in credit at all times.

The provision is limited to 70 places per site per day.  Places are in very high demand and a waiting list is held when the places are full.  The waiting list is allocated based on the following criteria:

1. Subject to Safeguarding plan/SEN
2. Staff children
3. Siblings Rec-Year 6
4. Position on waiting list

TEA TIME

We also offer a Tea Time club from 3:15 pm until 5:45 pm at both sites for children in Reception – Year 6 at a cost of £9 per session.                                           Tea Time club for Nursery children is charged at £15 per session. This includes a light meal and activities daily. Places are chargable once booked regardless of attendance. Booked places are fixed and cannot be accepted on an ad hoc basis, there is no requirement to book a full week but fixed days are required so that we can ensure we meet our ratio requirements.Payment must be made at least 1 month in advance and accounts should stay in credit at all times.

Should tea time club become full and you find yourself in need of afterschool wrap around care, there are a number of local child care providers that offer after school pick up from Hillyfield at the Hill and/or Hillyfield at the Park*. See the list below:
